What would I do differently if I could start again?

As I prepare for motherhood, it's the perfect time to reflect on my climbing career and contemplate my postpartum return to the sport. In this video, I share insights on what I would change if I could start over with the wisdom I have now, as well as the aspects of my journey that I wouldn't alter. Watch the video

What I would do differently: 

1. Get help sooner (from experts and coaches) 

2. Learn about fear management sooner 

3. Focused on physical training earlier 

4. Tracked her menstrual cycle sooner 

5. Learn to set big goals sooner 

6. Work on having a healthy attachment to climbing sooner 

What I would keep the same: 

1. Value climbing partners 

2. Have a positive metric of success and failure 

3. Learned to fall early on 

4. Travel a lot 

5. Exposure to healthy competition early on
